At Printer, we are dedicated to providing a smooth and satisfying rental experience. If you are not completely satisfied, our refund and cancellation policy explains your options and eligibility for returns or refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Faulty Equipment: If the printer arrives non-functional, damaged, or missing essential parts.
  • Service Errors: If there is a delay or failure in delivery caused by us.
  • Early Cancellation: Full or partial refunds may be available if a rental is canceled before shipment (refer to cancellation policy below).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular usage
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Late cancellations made after the item has shipped

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Report the Issue: Contact us at support@Printer.com within 48 hours of receiving your equipment.
  • Return the Equipment: If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Please ensure all original parts and packaging are returned.
  • Inspection: After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the issue.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived faulty or damaged
  • The return is due to an error on our part
